Delivery Information

All shipping times are dependent upon print proof approval. The average shipping time for standard packages is 3 working days subject to location, but we do aim to exceed this where possible.

The shipping costs are based on the volume and weight of the shipment. If you would like to have an indication of the shipping charges, please feel free to ask for a quote. The costs of shipping will be shown on the quotation.

Our lowest cost delivery service is Royal Mail 2nd Class at £1.95

The cost of shipping is shown at the checkout when placing your order.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Orders for plain stock can be cancelled or returned for a refund within 7 Working days of order. All delivery charges of sending and returning will be charged.

All printed stock is non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print. These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold to anyone else.

To return an item please contact us to obtain a return address.

For orders which have been damaged in transit please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. For any orders deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the items.
